지원 및 접수하기

국제공모이므로 제출서류는 영문으로만 접수 가능합니다. 아래 자료들을 사전에 준비해주시기 바랍니다.
(1) 후보자 추천서(기관·단체용 또는 개인용 양식 활용)
(2) 관련 증빙자료
(3) 개인정보 수집‧이용 및 제3자 제공 동의서(하단에 제공된 양식 활용, 후보자가 만 14세 미만인 경우 또는 이메일 제출 시에만 해당)

※ 오류가 발생하는 경우 이메일(ms.lee@unescoicm.org와 icmprize@gmail.com 모두)로 접수 및 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
